L’edizione 2010 della consueta fiera caragliese si ingrandisce e si unisce alle tradizioni valmairesi legate
agli acciugai della Valle Maira, proponendo un appuntamento inedito legato alle tradizioni comuni delle
due valli, non solo gastronomiche ma anche storiche, culturali ed economiche. La manifestazione è propedeutica al progetto di valorizzazione territoriale integrata del patrimonio culturale “Le identità visibili” della Comunità Montana Valli Grana e Maira, inoltre per l’anno 2010 è stata inserita nel calendario “Itinerari d’autunno – Piemonte tra sapori e cultura” coordinato dall’Assessorato alla Cultura della Regione Piemonte, iniziativa a regional level for the enhancement and promotion of food and cultural particularities of the different areas of Piedmont.

Sunday, November 21, 2010 is the day of the great fair Caraglio. From 9.00 to 18.00 about the streets and squares in the center will fill Caraglio banquets and exhibitors for a major exhibition of local produce market, with the possibility of tasting the various delicacies. From 14.30 the trade show will be accompanied by the music of The Mortairet pitches and the group's performance Occitan Ostana d'Aire, with a special appearance by Sergio Berardo.
